Technical Session 1: Using Emergency Response Plan (3 TCHs)

8:30 – 9:15 AM: Using your Emergency Response Plan to Improve your Day to Day Readiness

9:15 – 10:00 AM: Putting Safety First-Building a Safety Program to Protect Utility Personnel and Public Health.
