MEETING TOPIC:
In 2017 Wayne traveled with a group of UMass Amherst students from Engineers Without Borders to install two rainwater collection systems in a small farming community in the Volta region of Ghana. The 2017 project included the construction of two rain water collection and storage systems on two schools in 10 days. In 2018 the UMass Amherst EWB student team invited Wayne back as a traveling mentor where they returned to this community to construct 10 bio-sand filters for residential use. These projects were challenging and rewarding for many reasons, which he will share during his presentation!

- Chicken Millinase; panko fried chicken breast, parmesan risotto, baby arugula, roasted tomatoes, shaved red onion, and lemon herb vinaigrette
- Mediterranean Panko Cod; panko crusted baked cod, jasmine rice, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, artichokes, capers, grapefruit juice balsamic glaze and baby bok choy
Both meals are served with the Park Salad consisting of baby spinach, strawberries, walnuts, blue cheese, fig & balsamic vinaigrette and assorted small bites for desert.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation will be accepted up to 8 AM on the morning of the meeting by email at the following address cancel-me@pcwwa.org . Please include your name and the name of your business. All registrants that do not cancel by 8 AM will be charged for the meeting plus a $10.00 processing fee.
